Our Executive Branding Program is very front-end loaded in terms of the work required by the client. This first step is how we begin to truly “know” you. Its purpose is to capture all of the elements we must have at our disposal to create your authentic Executive Brand.

Think of this stage as gathering all of the building materials that we have to work with before we begin to decide what to reuse and how to polish and position each of those elements in the final structure. 

The quality of these “raw materials” and the balance of providing both metrics and narrative understanding of how you work, will directly impact the quality of the resumes and LinkedIn profile that we produce for you. This is not an exercise to be rushed nor corners cut. We promise you that if you put in the work and let the questionnaire be your guide, you will gain an improved appreciation and familiarity of the contributions that you've made for your past employers.

The questions will often appear repetitive -- please try to answer them one at a time and think about how it's asking you to look at your impact from different angles than you may have thought about before. Please don't copy and paste old information from your previous resumes or from materials you may have provided to other resume writers in the past.

Our intent is to come at this with a fresh perspective on who you are from this point forward. If you follow its process, this survey will produce a higher quality understanding of who you truly are and what is most valuable for your future employer to understand.
