From March 15, 2020 to the end of 2021, our clients have gained an average compensation increase of 52.3% over their previous annual compensation -- Going from an average of $233,917 previous comp to $356,250 annual comp in their new roles.
That's an increase of $122,333 for their average investment of just over $11K. This represents only the cash component and does not include the increase in equity or stock shares, which is even more significant.
The average time it took to secure a new role from the launch of their search was 4.7 months, compared to the national average for 6-figure professionals of 12-18 months. Of course, we can't guarantee that your results will be the same, given that there are many factors that contribute to job search success.
These gains are mostly realized because folks tend to be very humble about their own professional achievements, but generally speaking, the more impressively you and your career impacts are framed, the more compensation you can expect to receive.
