Networking Superhighway Program


Program Description:

This is a 10-session program where we personally will teach you how to tap into the unadvertised "hidden job market" where nearly all of the jobs that pay multiple six figures reside, as well as how to have the initial conversations with those key decision-makers who want to consider you for a top leadership position.

During this program, we also teach you how to solidify their perception of you as being highly competent, relevant and likable, and how to increase your chances of being considered for a position within their company. Eight out of 10 of our clients using this methodology consistently get a job created for them that didn't exist before because we position our clients to be considered a standalone investment, and not just any candidate.

Though we can't guarantee you will have the same results as our clients that have enrolled in this program so far, as of April 2023, we have had 228 clients who have worked with this system of networking and following up with specific languaging to land meaningful conversations with the right people, and nearly all of those clients have had at least one conversation with a decision-maker in the first week of working this methodology.

In this Networking Superhighway program, we guarantee that you will have at least 1000 new first-level connections on LinkedIn with the RIGHT people within the RIGHT companies (or recruiters, or VC/PE firm partners or board members) by the end of our 8-week program or we will continue to work with you for no extra investment until you do have those connections.

Most of our clients who are working this program full-time see between 100 and 300 new connections of the right people within their target companies, BoDs and PE/VC firms every week.

Of course, LinkedIn connections mean nothing if you can't move them off of that social network into a good conversation. So, after we have taught you the tools to gather these new connections, we spend eight weeks coaching and supporting you at least once a week to teach you how to have a successful conversation and exactly how to transition that exploratory conversation into an actual hiring process.

By the end of the 8-week total program, almost all of our clients are in multiple hiring processes, which allows them to leverage those against each other to gain the most in compensation and quicken the decision-making process.

ACTIVE SEARCH ROI:
Ever since we launched this program at the beginning of 2018, we have had tremendous success with our high-profile clients using this system. The Networking Superhighway will pay for itself in the short term and in the long term.

Here are our stats since the pandemic started: From April 2020 to April 2023, we have shaved many, many months off the normal executive search for a little over 20% of our clients, as they have accepted positions in less than 12 weeks, and the other 80% have found positions within 4-10 months, and our recent clients are gaining an incredible amount of traction by interviewing between 2 and 8 times per week if they are presently employed.


The average length of search time
between the day they launch their search with this program and the start date for their new employment, as of April 2023, is 4.3 months. Since the start of the pandemic, our clients have averaged between 4.0 and 4.7 months. These numbers have been consistent since April 1st, 2020, so this is after the effects of the COVID pandemic on the world economy, including the lockdown period.

Approximately half of these clients are going after VP/EVP positions, and the other half are searching for a C-Suite position. For those clients in a full-time search (who are currently in transition between jobs), they are generally having 4-12 calls per week with the right people in the right companies. Again, this is a range collected since April 1st, 2020.

Long term, you will have an extremely strong network by the end of your search that will last you until you retire. Given the short tenure of many top executives and the amount of time you have left in your career, it will greatly serve you to have potentially thousands of C-Suite and other executive contacts to tap when you are ready to make your next move.

This program includes 10 sessions over 8 weeks, though the 10 sessions can be used more frequently or more sparingly if needed. The program is based on 10 sessions and not a specific time period, so we can use these 10 sessions in a timeframe that works for your specific situation.

If you exhaust these sessions before your land a new position, we would be happy to send you a proposal for extending our support on a monthly basis, though this is very rarely needed, especially if you are enrolled in our Executive Interviewing Coaching and Preparation program.
