Already an accomplished author, educator, and editor, Naomi also had an extensive background in coaching in a variety of fields, when she joined CRC in 2017 as our Lead Resume Writer. After immersing herself in our approach and working with several clients to best frame their career highlights, she additionally decided to study and train to become one of our top Executive Branding coaches. Her gift for writing, her ability to see one's greater self, and her creativity are Naomi's hallmarks.

A constant learner, Naomi holds a Master of Fine Arts degree in Writing from Columbia College Chicago where she also taught college writing and directed the Graduate Writing Consultant Program, coaching graduate tutors on how to coach undergraduate writers.  She is also writer and founder of her own literary journal and small press, and continues to study her craft both domestically and abroad.
