Program Description:

This program is our most tailored support available

You will receive 14 personalized one-on-one interview coaching sessions total -- 10 with your dedicated Executive Career Coach plus 4 private coaching session with Career Resume Consulting Founder, Tammy Kabell.


 You will be prepared and confident to interview with an Executive presence

Each session will be a 45-50 minute recorded video call which you can watch via a private link later and/or download to your computer. Topics cover best practices for executive-level interviewing; which may range from your answering strategy to questions you should be asking, to how best to tell your achievement stories.

 

Sessions can also be focused on preparing for upcoming interviews, specifically

For example, if you have interviews scheduled that week, we will focus on preparing you for those specific interviews. If you don't have any interviews scheduled that week, the coaching will focus on foundational interviewing tactics and knowledge as well as shoring up your biggest areas for improvement to better prepare for the interviews to come.

You and your Executive Search Coach will determine what subjects are personalized for your particular situation.

Each coaching session is via a video call and recorded, and you will be given a private link to each coaching session, where you can stream it online and/or download it for your permanent file.

10. Discuss how to best work with Recruiters – Assigned “Getting the Most from Recruiters” in the repository
11. How to answer the “tell me about yourself” question: the 60-second interview commercial ending in your 3 core strengths 
12. Learn and apply the SOAR format of storytelling 
13. Learn the answering strategy of giving a general answer first, followed by a transition statement, and ending with a specific story with a quantifiable outcome 
14. Develop stories for each of their 3 core strengths and rehearse those stories
