As we grow, we are looking for very special leaders that can coach high-performing executives through a significant career change.
We coach clients through all aspects of their career search, from creating their marketing materials, like resumes and LinkedIn profiles, to teaching them how to actively reach out to the unadvertised, "hidden," job market, to every aspect of interview preparation and negotiating their next career role.
We are the very best at what we do, so we are looking for the very best candidates to join our growing team.
An ideal candidate would have:
- Marketing/Sales language experience
- Performance coaching experience
- Empathy and genuine desire to help people become a bigger version of themselves
- Comfortable with math (to help quantify achievements in clients' career histories)
- Previous recruiting or HR experience is a plus, but not necessary
A successful candidate MUST have:
- Executive presence and high level of comfort coaching top-tier talent, including Board level executives
- Moderate to high level business vocabulary
- High speed internet and a computer capable of running video (some technology will be supplied)
- High degree of comfort with technology and web-based programs
- Outstanding written communications skills
- Ability to stay organized and maintain notes on multiple projects
- Ability to meet deadlines and deliverables on a tight schedule
- 10 years of business experience required
