We are looking for great coaches to assist in coaching three specific programs. They include Executive Branding, Networking Superhighway and Six-Figure Finish Line programs.

In the Executive Branding Program, you'll work with executives all over the U.S. and even internationally, via video, phone, text and email to help them craft new resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and even a verbal networking statement customized for them.

Resume writing is not a requirement, as we have a dedicated resume writer. The coach interviews our clients to gather and quantify their achievements in the most compelling way possible.

Coaches also encourage clients to see bigger possibilities for their future and in their career potential - and in some cases, are helping them through a very emotional time in their lives.

In the Networking Superhighway Program, you may be working with these same executives, as you teach them how to use two separate online software tools to expand their network with the right decision-makers within the companies that meet the clients' target criteria.

Coaches also custom-tailor the phrasing to start the conversations with those potential employers and recruiters. Our coaches motivate our clients to be productive in their outreach, hold them accountable, and push our clients potentially outside of their comfort zone.

Coaches are available to answer questions in between weekly scheduled video meetings through emails, texts and the occasional phone or video call. Our coaches are adept at troubleshooting the programs if need be, by finding ways to optimize every element of a client's active search activities. Finally, our Executive Search

Coaches coach executives on how to have productive first conversations with these targeted decision-makers, once they get them on the phone or an initial conversation in person or on LinkedIn.

In our Six-Figure Finish Line Program, our best candidate would be able to coach an executive on all aspects of interview preparedness, including:

  • Answering strategy for all questions, even the difficult ones
  • Developing a questioning strategy for all interviews
  • Usage and reading of nonverbal communication (body language, voice tonality, etc.) to the client's advantage during interviews
  • Strategies for deflecting negotiations until an offer is made
  • Getting a role created for them where none exists
  • Up-leveling their interview competence and confidence levels
  • Ensuring that they are the most competent, relevant and likeable candidate the interviewer will be talking with

Some additional expectations:

  • This is a full-time, 1099 position
  • You would be expected to be flexible to meet with our clients around their availability. Some evenings and weekends may be required on occasion.
  • All notes and emails are to be logged electronically into an online CRM system.
  • You would need to attend at least one weekly status meeting with a member of the leadership team to update each client's progress.

If you are interested in applying for this position, please send an email about what interests you about this position, along with a copy of your resume, to attention of Chief Client Officer Brian Kabell at AskMe@CRCAdvice.com
