Our Approach to Branding

Our process starts by doing a very serious and thorough audit of the client's career. We want to quantify how valuable you've been to your past employers. Capturing those numbers--writing them down, one impressive number after another, revisit your proudest achievements... and then drilling down further, getting down to what you did differently (than others would have done) and how you made it so successful is how we come to understand each and every client so that they are conveyed in the clearest, most accurate and authentic way possible. This is not only the core of our process, but it has a transformational side-effect of being some of the most confidence-boosting interview training you can have.

 

When you go through this exercise and see the cumulative effects you've made throughout your career, and perhaps even more importantly, accurately identify the common themes that recurred over and over---then you will see yourself and be able to frame yourself as that next employer needs to see you--As you want them to perceive you. They will quickly and clearly recognize your Super Powers and instantly know if their organization could use someone like you.
