She has worked with us multiple times. This time around, she got a position as a COO that will quickly transition into a CEO role.
Meet Tom K., President
Tom had a LOT of things to say about the entire experience working with CRC, so we're providing it in snack-sized pieces for your convenience.
Before working with CRC, Tom retired from military service as an officer and quickly accepted a role as an Assistant Project Manager for a construction company - a role that was well beneath his qualifications. He was referred to CRC by a fellow veteran who authored a book on transitioning from the military, and the rest is history (the good kind).
Update: Tom was delighted to inform us that effective December 31st, 2023, he will be assuming the role of CEO, performing both the CEO and President roles for his current employer after 19 months of serving as President.

Alex's Situation...
Alex spent the last five years at a very small technology startup, and, after the birth of his twin boys, he knew he had some catching up to do with his compensation. He also wanted to make a bigger impact than where he had been and wanted a company that could afford to pay him market wage for his talents, with great upside potential.
In under 10 weeks of searching, Alex received a job offer from a $500M enterprise as a Director of Technology, reporting to the CTO of this larger employer. The best part? He essentially doubled his compensation with an upside potential within 3 years of making an $850K to $2M cash payout once recapitalization happens.
