As Chief Operating Officer for Career Resume Consulting, Clay Schnittker runs the operations from sales to service delivery. He joined CRC after a successful career as the owner of a small boutique estate planning law firm in Kansas City.  With more than 15 years in the legal industry, Clay made the transition into the executive hiring industry after successfully completing CRC’s Six-Figure Solution Search Program. 

In addition to his operational responsibilities, Clay coaches CRC’s highest-level clients with the requisite impact and nuance.  His talents include business development and sales, high-level executive branding, interview coaching, a keen eye for detail, and empowering clients to launch themselves into new career functions and industries.

Clay lives in Kansas City with his wife of 30 years and has 3 children.  His interests include coaching youth basketball teams, mountain biking, golfing and singing opera.
