After spending over 20 years in the service industry working for a small business in the Kansas City area, Brian Kabell finally gave in to his wife's constant requests to join Career Resume Consulting as our Chief Customer Officer. Throughout his career, he has focused on customer satisfaction and ensuring each individual has a stellar experience with the companies he has worked for.

I have found one of the keys to solving a client's issue is to "outlisten" them until they feel completely understood. I follow that with some diagnostic questions, and I can get to work on the root cause of their concern. 

He now brings this talent for active listening and issue resolution to CRC, and strives to give each of our clients an amazing experience through proactively asking for feedback and boosting each client's experience with our firm.

He also brings to our firm over 15 years of training experience, which he is actively using to train our staff and develop standardized internal processes to streamline our program delivery and thereby increasing client satisfaction.
